• Personal Use License: Free wallpaper packs and subscriber downloads are licensed strictly for personal, non-commercial display on your personal devices (desktops, mobile phones, tablets) or personal home prints.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not re-sell, bundle, redistribute for profit, or re-license the digital asset archives or raw image files without explicit commercial licensing approval from Classical Art.

3. Classical Art Collectors Club & Communications

When subscribing to the Classical Art Collectors Club or opting into free downloads, you consent to receive periodic emails from Classical Art, including weekly exhibition field guides, new digital drops, and member-exclusive shop discounts.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link present at the bottom of any email.

4. Purchases, Promo Codes & Refund Policy

Member discount promo codes (such as SUBSCRIBER50) are valid for single-user redemption on eligible shop products. Due to the immediate delivery nature of uncompressed digital downloads, all digital file purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

5. Intellectual Property & Attribution

All brand original editorial text, curated layouts, field guide documentation, website graphics, and custom digital enhancements remain the intellectual property of Classical Art. Historical artwork reproductions featured in our collections are curated from public domain sources.

6. Limitation of Liability
